Travel and lodging fees are the responsibility of the participant. Participants must register with the hotel

AEC negotiated a minimum hotel room commitment to minimize room rates and
meeting expenses. In order to remain a
free Workshop event for attendees, the AEC must meet the sleeping room
commitment. Please use
the Sheraton Detroit Novi Hotel when making your room reservation, and clearly
state that you are attending the 2025 AEC Reliability Workshop.

2023 European AEC Annual
Reliability Workshop: The Third European Automotive Electronics Reliability Workshop was held October 4-5, 2023
at the Diagora Congress Center located in Toulouse, France. This Workshop was organized for the first time in parallel with the
34th ESREF (European Symposium on Reliability of Electronic Devices, Failure Physics and Analysis) international symposium.
125 participants representing automotive electronics Tier-1 users, Tier-2 suppliers, and several European OEM companies attended
the 2-day event. There were 4 technical sessions with a total of 11 presentations covering topics such as Mission Profiles,
Zero Defects Techniques, Wide Band Gap Devices, and Board Level Reliability. In addition, there were 11 open panel forum discussions
around the various AEC standards.
